Shipping Coverage

AKIWAIi ships to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Saipan, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, and many other destinations.

APO, FPO, DPO, and other remote U.S. destinations are also serviceable. Shipping rates for these locations are higher and are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Processing and Delivery

Most orders are processed within 24 business hours after the order and any required information have been successfully received.

Standard delivery to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, usually takes approximately 9–15 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates for other destinations are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier conditions, severe weather, remote-area service, or peak-season volume.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you by email. To check the latest shipping status, go to the AKIWAIi homepage navigation and select Track My Order.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a carrier confirms that a package is lost or undelivered, AKIWAIi will assist with a complimentary reshipment.

If optional Worry-Free Delivery protection was purchased, the customer may instead submit a claim under the third-party protection provider's terms. A customer cannot receive both an AKIWAIi reshipment and a separate protection payout for the same loss.

Shipping Fee

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $55 or more to eligible non-remote destinations. Remote-area shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. The final shipping method, fee, and delivery estimate shown at checkout apply to your order.
